The indicators presented provide a summary of greenhouse gas emissions as they are accumulated from simulations by different parts of IMAGE 2.2 (TIMER energy-industry emissions model, land-use emissions model and terrestrial carbon model). The total emissions, as applied in the atmospheric chemistry model to simulate the built-up of the different gases in the atmosphere, are accumulated from 1970 onwards. Cumulative emissions of CO2, CH4, N2O and the CO2 equivalent emissions, can be visualized.
