  1. Southern Africa (region 10) is splitted into South Africa and Rest of Southern Africa ( region 10 and 26 respectively in the extended version )

  2. South Asia (region 18) is splitted into India and Rest of South Asia ( region 18 and 25 respectively in the extended version)
